Terms of Service

By using InboxNow at inboxnow.xyz, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Definitions

In these terms, "the service" means the InboxNow temp mail and temporary email tool available at inboxnow.xyz, including the website, the disposable inboxes it generates, and the underlying mail-receiving infrastructure. "You" means anyone who accesses or uses the service. "Content" means any message, attachment, or data delivered to or displayed through a temporary inbox.

Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into these terms in your jurisdiction to use InboxNow. The service is not directed at children, and by using it you confirm you meet any applicable age requirement where you live.

The service

InboxNow provides temporary, disposable, receive-only email addresses free of charge. Addresses and messages are automatically deleted after 1 hour or on manual deletion. We do not guarantee uptime, delivery, or retention of any message.

Acceptable use

• Do not use InboxNow for illegal activity, fraud, harassment, or to bypass security controls you're not authorized to test.
• Do not use InboxNow to register accounts on services whose terms explicitly prohibit disposable email addresses.
• Do not attempt to overload, scrape at abusive volume, or disrupt the service.
• Do not use InboxNow for sensitive accounts (banking, medical, legal), inboxes are temporary and not private in the way a personal mailbox is.
• Do not use automated scripts or bots to mass-generate addresses in a way that degrades the service for other users.
• Do not use a temporary inbox to receive content that is illegal to possess or transmit in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to block, rate-limit, or terminate access for any use that violates this section, without prior notice, and to cooperate with law enforcement where required by applicable law.

Service availability

InboxNow is provided on a best-effort basis with no guaranteed uptime or service-level agreement. Temporary mail delivery depends on factors outside our control, including the sending server and general internet mail routing, and we cannot guarantee every message will be delivered or delivered instantly. We may suspend, restrict, or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, at any time.

Intellectual property

The InboxNow name, logo, and website design belong to their respective owners. You retain no ownership claim over the temporary address or infrastructure you use, and using the service does not grant you any license beyond accessing it as intended for personal, non-commercial use.

Reporting abuse or security issues

If you believe InboxNow is being used for phishing, fraud, or another form of abuse, or if you've found a security issue with the service, contact us at dev@prosper-fi.com so we can investigate.

No warranty

InboxNow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for lost access, missed messages, or any consequence of a website rejecting or blocking a disposable address.

Termination

You may stop using InboxNow at any time simply by closing the page or deleting your active inbox, there is no account to close since none was ever created. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, for any reason, including violation of the acceptable use section above, without prior notice.

Survival

Sections of these terms that by their nature should continue after your use of the service ends, including no warranty, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law, remain in effect even after your access to InboxNow stops.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InboxNow and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Third-party links and content

Messages you receive through InboxNow may contain links, images, or content from third parties. We do not control, endorse, or verify the safety of that content. Messages are rendered in a sandboxed viewer so embedded scripts cannot run against your browser, but you should still treat links inside any received email with the same caution you'd use for a regular inbox.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold InboxNow and its operators harmless from any claim, loss, or damage arising from your misuse of the service or your violation of these terms.

Relationship between the parties

Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and InboxNow. You use the service as an independent user, and these terms don't grant you any authority to act on InboxNow's behalf.

Interpretation

Section headings in these terms are for convenience only and don't affect how any provision is interpreted. If a word is used in the singular, it includes the plural where the context reasonably requires, and vice versa.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law principles, to the extent permitted where you access the service.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

Changes

We may modify these terms, the service, or discontinue it at any time without notice. Continued use of InboxNow after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these terms. We may assign our rights and obligations under these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, without affecting your rights as a user of the service.

Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures in the service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, mail-routing failures at third-party servers, or infrastructure provider disruptions.

No waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce that or any other provision later.

Relationship to our other policies

These Terms of Service work together with our Privacy Policy and FAQ. If anything in the FAQ appears to conflict with these terms, the terms on this page take precedence.

Dispute resolution

If a dispute arises about these terms or your use of InboxNow, we encourage you to contact us first at dev@prosper-fi.com so we can try to resolve it informally before pursuing any formal claim. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking relief where informal resolution isn't appropriate or available.

Notices

We may provide notices about the service or these terms by posting them on this website. Because InboxNow does not collect a persistent contact address for users, this website is the authoritative place to check for the current version of these terms.

Language

These terms are provided in English. Any translation is provided for convenience only, and the English version controls in the event of any conflict or ambiguity.

Entire agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and InboxNow regarding use of the service, and supersede any prior understanding on the subject.

Modifications to the service

We may add, change, or remove features of InboxNow at any time, for example, adjusting how long an address stays active, changing the inbox interface, or introducing new tools alongside the core temp mail service. We'll try to keep the core promise intact (a free, no-signup, disposable email address), but specific implementation details may evolve.

Feedback and suggestions

If you send us feedback, bug reports, or suggestions about InboxNow, you agree we can use them to improve the service without any obligation to compensate you or credit you for the idea.

Export control and sanctions compliance

You agree to use InboxNow in compliance with applicable export control and economic sanctions laws, and not to use the service if you are located in, or ordinarily resident in, a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions that would prohibit your use of it.

Third-party beneficiaries

These terms are between you and InboxNow only. No third party has any right to enforce any provision of these terms.
